Job Overview D&F Screw Machine Products is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join our manufacturing team. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, counting, and packaging plastic parts before they are shipped to customers. No manufacturing experience is required. Job Responsibilities You will be trained to: Clean plastic parts using company equipment. Remove chips and debris from finished parts. Visually inspect parts for quality. Count parts using a scale or by hand. Bag, label, and package parts for shipment. Organize parts by job number. Keep your work area clean and organized. Follow simple work instructions and safety procedures. Help other team members as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. Ability to stand and move throughout the workday. Attention to detail. Ability to count accurately and perform basic math. Ability to follow simple, written, and verbal instructions. Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to meet work hour schedule - Monday thru Friday 6:30am - 3:00 pm Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Good eyesight to inspect small plastic parts.
