What you will be doing:

Provide auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone Use your parts knowledge to assist other team members answer questions for customers Providing outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into our Store! Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores Welcome retail customers into our retail stores and engage to provide a positive consumer experience Use technology (computer), telephone, and Web-Based Catalog System . Provide parts pricing and availability to our customers. Make accurate selections of parts needed for customer demand. Follow management requests and instructions. PAY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL

What you'll need: Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving History. Previous Parts Experience at a dealership is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate. Previous wholesale experience with Honda parts preferred High School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses or degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great listening skills and empathy for customers Ability to adapt and maintain composure under certain circumstances. Bring solutions and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and reliability Work in a team environment and collaborate with others And if you have this, even better: ASE Certifications Experience in a parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision. Knowledge of Dealership Management System, CDK a plus.
