Responsibilities:

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and obtaining the correct parts and accessories Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Toyota parts, inventory, and specials Keep parts area organized and well-stocked Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and by email

Requirements:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment Basic computer skills for parts lookup and order processing
