What You'll Do As a Parts Specialist, you'll work directly with customers, technicians, vendors, and dealership leadership to support parts sales and operations.

You'll:

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the parts they need. Research parts requests, prepare quotes, place orders, and follow through to completion. Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text regarding orders, availability, and questions. Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service. Process purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and other parts-related transactions accurately. Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure parts orders are accurate and delivered on time. Create new customer accounts and part numbers as needed. Receive, unpack, organize, and stock incoming parts. Verify physical inventory and help maintain accurate inventory records. Help keep the parts department organized, efficient, and customer-ready. Partner with technicians and other departments to support customer uptime and dealership operations. Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the team. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to learn and navigate computer systems, parts catalogs, and inventory processes. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, text, and in person. Ability to work collaboratively with customers, technicians, vendors, managers, and other team members. Parts, equipment, automotive, agricultural, construction, dealership, or similar industry experience is preferred but not required. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position. Physical Requirements This is an active dealership position that may require: Standing and walking for extended periods. Bending, squatting, reaching, and occasionally climbing on or around equipment. Receiving, moving, stocking, and retrieving parts. Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 75 pounds.
