Village Imports is looking for a Service Manager / Parts Manager to join our growing team. This is a low volume shop with two techs with the potential to add more. Emphasis is on quality & customer service.

Objective:

Overall management of service & parts dept. Proactively manage the day to day operations.

Skill Criteria:

Strong service orientation. Attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain productive relationships with all customers & vendors. Maintain shop production. Negotiate profitable terms with vendors. Ordering of parts for repair orders. Oversee the receipt and storage of parts including the process of checking specific parts orders and the parts themselves for accuracy and completeness. Proactively return all unused parts and assure that credit is properly received and posted to the repair order.
