Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM•5

PM Pay:

$17•22/hour to start, depending on experience. Strong candidates can grow into the $23•25 range as the role develops. About the

Role:

GT Transmissions is a busy, family-run shop looking for someone who can talk to customers, stay organized, and keep things moving. This is a key role because you're the person our customers will rely on. You'll be the one greeting people, listening to what's going on with their cars, and keeping them updated while our techs are working. It's a mix of customer service and keeping the office organized so the shop stays on track. What we're looking for:

Customer Service:

You genuinely enjoy helping people (for the most part).

Organization:

You can juggle appointments and parts orders without breaking a sweat.

NYS Driver's License:

Required for picking up/dropping off vehicles, customers, and parts.

Bonus Skills:

Being bilingual, knowing your way around social media, having shop experience or automotive knowledge are all big pluses but not deal breakers

The Shop Cat:

We have a cat that basically runs the office. If you have allergies, this probably won't be the right fit!

Your day will include:
