Heavy Duty Truck Parts knowledge can be taught, but we are looking for people who know how to take care of customers that call or walk in with a need to fix their vehicle•no matter what type! If you like to help people and know how to look products up based on what the customer is requesting, this might be the perfect job for you!

Primary Duties:

Helping customers that call in or walk in with their heavy duty truck parts questions and needs Effectively communicate features and benefits of products we sell to our customers Processing orders and invoicing using proprietary computer system Assist outside salespeople Stay educated on emerging trends in the heavy duty market, along with learning the product lines we carry Assisting in other areas of the business as needed•such as warehousing or clerical tasks Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional conduct and appearance at all times

Qualifications:

Heavy duty parts knowledge or expertise Passion for delivering high quality customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motivated to learn Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment No weight restrictions on lifting•some parts are heavy! Weekend availability a must
