Our ideal candidate is an individual that can learn quickly, problem solve, and is eager to move up within the company. OFF RESPONSIBILITIES
Cashiering Guiding customers with product knowledge to help them make educated decisions about their purchase Properly fitting customers with helmets, gloves, jackets, and all other riding gear available Using a web-based Parts Finder to assist customers with what they need for their vehicle Ordering and picking parts for our service department so they can complete repair and maintenance orders Maintaining current inventory and putting new inventory where it belongs Answering phones and general customer assistance Partner with other departments to ensure a positive relationship with the customer is maintained Follow up with timely responses to customer inquiries Identify areas of potential process improvement and provide constructive input
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year Parts Department counter experience or comparable background Knowledge and history with powersports is a plus Flexible work schedule and a positive attitude Professional appearance Disciplined work ethic Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Calmly handle and resolve customer disputes Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
