Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Automotive Counter Sales Associate! In this energetic role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our automotive parts and accessories department, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to vehicle owners, repair shops, and fleet managers. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and accessories, ensuring they receive accurate information tailored to their vehicle needs Provide technical guidance on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures to support customer decisions Manage inventory levels through inventory control systems, stock stocking, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, sales transactions, and customer invoicing with precision and professionalism Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, personalized service, and follow-up support Maintain detailed records of sales activities using dealership or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Collaborate with team members on sales management strategies, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment Qualifications 3 or more years in the automotive aftermarket field or dealership sales. Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of vehicle systems such as engines, brakes, electrical components, and auto accessories Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS operations, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of retail math for order fulfillment, pricing strategies, and sales management Organizational skills that support inventory control, stocking procedures, and maintaining an efficient workflowJoin us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier service in the automotive industry! Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
