Mike Castrucci Chevrolet is seeking a dependable, motivated Parts Warehouse Associate to join our parts Department. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, stocking, pulling, and distributing automotive parts while helping maintain an efficient, clean, and well-organized warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well as part of a team. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments for accuracy and condition Stock parts in designated warehouse locations Pull and prepare parts for technicians, counter personnel, deliveries, and customer orders Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy Assist with loading and unloading parts and deliveries Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Keep shelves, aisles, work areas, and receiving areas clean and organized Properly handle returned, damaged, or special-order parts Work closely with Parts Department employees to ensure parts are available when needed Follow dealership safety procedures and warehouse policies Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Management Previous warehouse, automotive parts, shipping/receiving, or dealership experience is preferred but not required Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift automotive parts and supplies throughout the workday Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on job duties What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time employment Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees 401(k) Paid time off Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement within the Mike Castrucci organization Supportive, team-oriented work environment Join Our Team If you are dependable, hardworking, and interested in building a career in the automotive industry, we would like to hear from you.
