The person in this position will require a high school education. Technical experience in the area of Outdoor Equipment service as it relates to parts research in required for this position. Education and technical requirements may be waived in lieu of demonstrated experience and maturity in understanding the need and impact of services this position will provide to the business. Responsibilities This position is responsible for:

• Assisting customers with parts lookup, information, availability, and costs via front line counter sales activity or through the use of the telephone.
• Daily opening of the store along with opening and closing of the cash drawers for counter sales.
• Assisting with inventory management by providing stock updates to the Parts Manager.
• Assisting with the merchandising of parts in the customer sales area.
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times when conducting front line interaction with customers.
• Coordinating special orders of parts for customers, which are either "Not In Stock" or are "Out of Stock".
• Working with service technicians to pull or order parts for service work activity.
• Receiving parts and performing restocking activity.
• Communicating with customers after parts, when ordered parts have arrived.
• Responding to special requests or work assignments from the Parts Manager.
• Assuring the Parts Area is kept in a clean, neat, and professional appearing condition at all times.
• Readily assisting in other areas of the business including assuming Customer Service Representative activities and equipment sales activities whenever possible to optimize customer service during parts slack work times.
• Assuming the responsibilities of others within the organization as may be required when necessary to meet the needs of the business, even though the responsibility or duty is not part of this position description.

Additional responsibilities assumed are not intended to be permanent in nature and will be only those that fall within the technical and physical parameters of individuals requested to assume the responsibility.

• Completing all required work activity in accordance with formally document company procedures, which directly involve the person in this position.
