Automotive Parts Counter Person Classic Buick GMC of Painesville Painesville, Ohio Full-Time Hiring Immediately Classic Buick GMC of Painesville is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This is a full-time position (minimum of 40 hours per week) with an immediate opening. If you have a strong background in automotive parts and enjoy providing outstanding customer service, we'd like to hear from you.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an automotive parts department Dealership experience preferred Automotive aftermarket parts experience will also be considered Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Computer proficiency and parts catalog experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts selection Accurately identify and order parts using manufacturer and aftermarket catalogs Promote companion parts and current parts specials Answer incoming calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and work area Assist with inventory and other departmental duties as assigned
