Job Description:
Join our dynamic logistics team as a Storeroom Clerk and become a vital part warehouse operations with our Fourtune 500 client! In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and supporting shipping and receiving activities.
Schedule:
Rotating 12 hour shift schedule 2-2-3. 7:00pm - 7:00am.
Responsibilities:
o Issues tools, equipment or parts to workers. o Maintains records related to daily issued and returned parts and equipment. o Locates lost or misplaced tools, equipment or parts. o Receives, unpacks, and stores incoming tools, equipment or parts. o Inputs all required data into assigned business operations software o Inspects and tools, equipment or parts for defects and wear. Reports damage or wear to supervisors. o Operate tier-lift truck or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist parts as needed. o Keeps all parts clean, orderly, and in the proper locations. o Performs clerical activities as directed by manager. o Participates in daily cycle count requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:
High School Diploma/GED required While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, feel or reach with hands and arms. In some cases, the need to use a ladder, stoop, kneel, or crouch may be necessary. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. Work is typically performed in a factory environment and is usually very loud. In the factory environment, the employee may be exposed to hazardous materials and/or greasy or slippery factory floors.
Pay & Benefits:
