Automotive Parts Advisor - Luther Ford Lincoln | Homer City, PA About Us Luther Ford Lincoln is a growing, privately owned Ford and Lincoln dealership in Homer City, PA. We have a rare opening on our parts team for a motivated, customer-focused automotive parts professional who wants to grow with a dealership that invests in its people. The Opportunity This is a full-time, customer-facing parts counter role supporting our service department, technicians, and wholesale accounts. You will be a key part of keeping our service lane moving and our customers taken care of. If you are organized, driven, and take pride in doing things right — this is the role for you. What You'll Be Doing Serving as the first point of contact for parts inquiries from service advisors, technicians, and wholesale customers Looking up, sourcing, and delivering parts accurately and efficiently using our dealer management system Processing special orders, tracking order status, and notifying advisors and techs when parts arrive Receiving, organizing, and stocking incoming parts inventory Managing core returns, warranty parts, and supplier credits in a timely manner Supporting the Parts Manager with daily department operations Building relationships with wholesale customers and outside accounts Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional parts counter environment What We're Looking For Prior automotive parts experience preferred — dealership, auto parts store, or independent shop Familiarity with automotive parts lookup systems and dealer management software a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A customer-first attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and a team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities Someone who wants to grow — we promote from within based on performance and merit What We Offer Performance-based pay plan with no ceiling on earnings Advancement opportunities — this role has a direct path to Parts Advisor and Assistant Parts Manager for the right candidate Exceptional management support and the resources to do your job well Stable, privately owned dealership environment where your contributions are recognized Solid benefits package including health insurance A team that is growing and investing in the right people How to Apply We are hiring immediately.
