PARTS ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Powersports Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for powersports and a strong understanding of parts and accessories related to motorcycles and ATVs. This role involves assisting customers, managing inventory, and supporting our service department. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with questions about parts, accessories, and products Identify and recommend parts needed for repairs and maintenance Process parts orders accurately and provide pricing and estimates Receive, log, organize, and maintain parts inventory Work closely with the service department to ensure technicians have the parts they need Maintain organized parts displays and a clean, professional workspace Develop and maintain product knowledge Stay current with powersports parts, accessories, and industry products Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service What We're Looking For Previous experience in a powersports dealership, automotive parts environment, or similar field preferred Strong understanding of powersports parts and accessories preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within the powersports industry Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 80 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required

SERVICE WRITER

We're looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service Writer to serve as an important connection between our customers and service department. The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate effectively, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service from the initial visit through completion of the customer's service needs. What You'll Do Meet with customers to understand and document their service needs Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, maintenance, and recommendations Create and manage computerized customer profiles and service records Monitor customer records for scheduled maintenance and future service needs Coordinate customer needs with the service department Help troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns Maintain accurate records and documentation Build strong, long-term customer relationships Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Represent the dealership professionally at all times Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Previous service writer, automotive, powersports, or mechanical experience preferred Mechanical background is a plus, but a willingness to learn is valued Strong work ethic and professional attitude Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required

TECHNICIAN

Andre & Son Powersports is looking for a skilled and motivated Technician to join our service team. We specialize in the maintenance and repair of: Can-Am Side-by-Sides Can-Am ATVs Ski-Doo Snowmobiles Can-Am Spyder & Ryker Ferris Zero-Turn Mowers We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team that values quality work and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and service on powersports equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate effectively with service staff regarding repairs and parts needs Take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of your work Work as part of a team to provide an excellent customer experience What We're Looking For Previous powersports, automotive, marine, small-engine, or mechanical experience preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems Strong attention to detail Dependable and self-motivated Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team Willingness to continue learning and developing technical skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required
