DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, stock, and post parts orders Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received Verify that invoices match purchase orders Load and unload parts and make parts deliveries Maintain organized bins and displays Provide back up to Parts Counter Provide technicians with the correct parts for customer vehicles Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Customer Service skills Self-Motivated Detail Oriented Team Player Written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment A valid State Driver's License, ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, and a MVR check are required for employment.
