TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Parts Room Clerk to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining an accurate, well organized parts room. In this role, you will receive, label, store, and issue parts and supplies to maintenance and production teams, using inventory software to track stock, perform cycle counts, and prevent stockouts. You will work closely with purchasing and vendors, uphold safety and food quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in reliability and uptime in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Responsibilities Receive, label, and store parts and supplies in an organized parts room Issue parts and materials to maintenance and production staff per work orders Maintain accurate inventory records in the CMMS or inventory system Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts Coordinate with vendors and purchasing on orders, returns, and lead times Ensure parts are properly identified, safe to handle, and stored to quality standards Support maintenance team during equipment downtime with quick parts availability Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant parts room environment Assist with continuous improvement initiatives in inventory accuracy and part availability Required Skills Inventory management Parts room operations Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Data entry and recordkeeping Cycle counting and stock reconciliation Vendor and purchasing coordination Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment parts Microsoft Excel or inventory software Safety and handling procedures Organizational and time management skills
