Description Come join us at Toyota of York! We offer a fun and friendly work environment within a lucrative field of work. We are currently seeking a Parts Counterperson.
Salary:
Based onExperience Hours:
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. One late evening 9am-6pm. Rotating Saturdays.- Assist internal customers at our back counter in determining correct parts needed
- Assist external customers at front counter in determining correct parts needed
- Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials
- Use database to locate or order parts
- Process credit card transactions
- Schedule appointments for install of special-order parts
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
- Provide high level of service to internal and external customers
- Maintain organization and a neat work environment Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively use a computer, email, and other internet based systems
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
