Summary Responsible for overseeing forklift parts operations, including ordering, inventory control, vendor coordination, and support of service and sales functions. Ensures parts availability, accuracy, and timely fulfillment to support branch operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Order, source, and expedite parts as required Support technicians, customers, and sales staff with parts requests Maintain accurate parts inventory and records Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts shipments Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and returns Ensure parts are issued, tracked, and billed correctly Maintain organization and cleanliness of parts areas Follow company policies and procedures related to parts and inventory Perform other duties as assigned May supervise branch-level parts personnel, as assigned Qualifications At least 3-5 experience in parts, inventory, or related operational role required Prior parts experience with forklifts and/or heavy equipment strongly preferred Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket parts systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Intermediate computer proficiency (inventory systems, spreadsheets, email) Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors High School Diploma or GED required

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
