Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Counter / Parts Warehouse.
Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Counter / Warehouse position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations that may include but not be limited to:
Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain a clean safe work environmentStrong customer service skillsParts counter salesSafely and efficiently operate a forkliftLoad and unload parts truck and freight deliveriesEfficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areasAbility to fabricate hosesAbility to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficientlyAbility to understand the basic principles of inventory controlThe ability to perform tasks with little or no supervisionAccurately complete all paperwork and required documentationResolve problems and make sound decisionsOrganized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasksWork independently & efficiently in a fast paced environmentPerform additional tasks as directedWork regular overtime as requiredFamiliarity with product line a plusResponsible to maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of Cleveland BrothersSkills / Knowledge /
Skilled in cash and credit card handling/reconciliation/refundsAn appropriate combination of education, skills and experience will be consideredBasic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out boundMust be able to lift 50 lbs Why Join the

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociates degree in a business discipline or Technical school is preferredThree or more years of strong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems is strongly preferred Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skillsMust have mechanical aptitudeIntermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and ExcelAbility to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.Skilled in cash and credit card handling/reconciliation/refundsAn appropriate combination of education, skills and experience will be consideredBasic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out boundMust be able to lift 50 lbs Why Join the
