Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Admin professional to join our team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help foster strong client relationships, support sales initiatives, and ensure smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive-related sales, inventory management, and customer engagement within a fast-paced environment. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and promote automotive parts, accessories, and services Manage sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle cashing procedures with precision Maintain detailed inventory control, including stocking, ordering, and tracking automotive parts and accessories Support vehicle maintenance scheduling, diagnostics coordination, and automotive repair processes when necessary Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and personalized service Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word to prepare reports, manage records, and organize sales data Assist with marketing efforts by promoting special offers, updating product displays, and participating in promotional campaigns Experience Proven sales management experience in a retail or dealership setting with a focus on automotive parts or accessories Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and automotive repair processes Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar platforms Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred) Experience with dealership operations including parts management, POS systems, customer relationship building, and retail math Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Knowledge of automotive parts sales strategies and automotive service processes is highly desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm for automotive sales combined with your organizational prowess will make a real difference! Pay:
$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
