In this energetic role, you'll be the face of our dealership, guiding clients through their vehicle purchasing journey with expert knowledge and exceptional service. Your passion for automobiles, combined with strong communication skills, will help you build lasting relationships and close high-value deals. Duties Build and nurture customer relationships by providing personalized service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored automotive financing options. Conduct comprehensive vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate deal closing and upselling opportunities. Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure availability of high-demand passenger cars and other models. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage sales support activities, and maintain accurate records of customer information. Negotiate deals effectively by applying strong sales negotiation skills, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Support the dealership's sales team management efforts by organizing client communication, maintaining phone etiquette, and participating in public speaking engagements when needed. Experience Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger car sales is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or outbound sales campaigns that resulted in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Experience with CRM systems (technically supported) for managing customer relationships and supporting deal closing activities. Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory management, and dealership operations enhances your candidacy. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, facilitating effective client communication across diverse customer bases. Organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency ensure accurate calculations for deals and inventory control. $72,716.05 - $100,000.00 per year
