Langway Toyota/Nissan of Newport looking for a Parts Advisor. We are looking for a candidate that fits the following qualifications: Client-oriented Organized and attentive to detail Strong communication with both clients and team Understanding and implementation of dealership systems and processes Strong work ethic and a "do-the-right-thing" attitude Responsibilities include: Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership. Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock. Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop. Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping. Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced. Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the callers inquiry. Maintain a professional appearance. Local candidates preferred. Prior experience in automotive service preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Compensation based on experience.
