Job Description
Ensuring spare parts are correctly booked in and out of the spare parts storage Organizing the spare parts storage (assigning storage locations, grouping similar spare parts together) If required, requesting new spare part numbers in line with the CU process Creating purchase requisitions for parts below safety stock Carrying out an annual inventory count Checking deliveries of parts (e.g. that the parts and quantity are correct) Assisting maintenance employees with searching for and selecting spare parts Assisting the CU with any matters relating to spare parts (e.g. eliminating duplicates) Other duties, as assigned
