Overview We are seeking a dedicated Farm Equipment Specialist with a focus on Parts & Sales to join our long-standing, reputable dealership. This role involves engaging with customers to provide expert advice, processing parts orders, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories, retail math, inventory management, and dealership experience. A basic knowledge of farm equipment is essential, along with familiarity with QuickBooks being a significant plus. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele ranging from novice farmers to seasoned professionals. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Answer sales leads promptly and take parts orders accurately Assist customers in selecting appropriate farm equipment parts and accessories Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and professional service Manage inventory levels efficiently to ensure availability of parts and accessories Utilize retail math skills for pricing, invoicing, and sales transactions Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for record keeping and communication Leverage dealership experience to provide knowledgeable guidance to customers of varying expertise levels Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience Keep up-to-date with industry trends related to farm equipment and automotive parts Skills Strong client communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and retail sales processes Basic understanding of farm equipment operations and terminology Experience in dealership or retail environment preferred Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with QuickBooks is highly advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Positive attitude, team player mindset, and excellent customer service skills Adaptability in working with a diverse customer base ranging from novice farmers to experienced professionals Join our team if you are passionate about providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment where your expertise makes a difference!
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
