Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and end-users in English and Spanish Provide technical support on parts availability, compatibility, and product specifications Process orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse for timely delivery Use tools like Honda Parts Lookup to identify parts by model and serial number Maintain organized records and generate inventory and client reports Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure excellent client satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training Experience Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal) Familiarity with Honda engines/power equipment is a plus Understanding of parts identification and compatibility Comfortable with inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
