Parts Counter Sales Representative

• Lufkin, TX (Sales | Counter Sales Representative | Construction Parts | Parts Warehouse) Mustang Cat is hiring a customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative for our Lufkin, Texas, location.

This position supports our growing customer base by providing expert sales and service of Caterpillar construction parts and accessories. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in an industrial parts environment, this role is for you. What You'll Do as a

Counter Sales Representative:

As a Counter Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our parts operation, helping customers identify and order the right components to keep their machines running.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  
• Ensure accuracy of all incoming and outgoing parts orders
  
• Assist customers with part numbers, quantities, availability, freight, and delivery timelines

Paid Vacation, Sick Time & Holidays Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service or sales role
  
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn construction parts quickly
  
• Strong computer skills
  
• Clear, professional communication across all channels
  
• Team-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated

Strongly Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
  
• Experience using Caterpillar (CAT) systems
