Rocky Ridge RV of Nacogdoches is looking for an experienced, customer-focused RV Parts & Warranty Advisor who understands RV parts, manufacturer warranty processes, and the importance of keeping customers informed throughout the repair process. This is a hands-on dealership position for someone who can manage parts requests and warranty claims with accuracy, urgency, and consistent follow-through. You will work closely with customers, technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to help keep repairs moving and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing RV parts. Manage parts requests, ordering, receiving, tracking, and status updates. Process and manage manufacturer warranty claims from start to finish. Communicate with manufacturers regarding warranty approvals, required documentation, parts, and repairs. Maintain accurate warranty documentation, records, and supporting information. Work closely with the Service and Parts teams to keep repairs moving efficiently. Submit warranty claims accurately and on time, and follow up promptly on open items. Communicate with customers regarding warranty repairs, approvals, parts status, and expected timelines. Help improve parts availability and warranty turnaround times. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process. What We're Looking For RV industry experience is preferred. Parts and/or warranty experience is strongly preferred. Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with technicians, service advisors, customers, and manufacturers. Comfort working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple repair orders and warranty claims simultaneously. Experience with RV dealership software is a plus. What We Offer Pay based on experience.
