Parts Counter Specialist (European Experience Preferred) Alfa Romeo of Plano - Plano, TX Alfa Romeo of Plano is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. If you know the pace of a busy shop, thrive on accuracy, and have a solid background with European brands, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Support technicians and with fast, accurate parts lookup and ordering Verify part numbers, pricing, and availability using OEM catalogs and aftermarket sourcing Manage special orders, backorders, and returns Stock in parts and keep inventory organized and cycle-counted Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians to keep repairs moving Maintain clean, efficient parts processes and documentation What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of parts experience with European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Porsche, Volvo, Jaguar/Land Rover, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, etc.) Strong EPC/OEM catalog and DMS experience (Dealertrack and Xtime) Ability to multitask in a high-volume service environment Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency Professional communication and team-first attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Alfa Romeo of Plano Competitive pay based on experience Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, etc.) Modern facility and a strong service culture Opportunity to work with a premium European brand lineup Supportive leadership and a team that values doing things the right way
