Available Benefits Help for . Automotive parts store is looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Professional. Must have 1+ years automotive parts experience. We need a positive, self motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service. Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment. Hours are Monday through Friday 8-6.

Duties include:

Customer Service

• assist all customers with product needs Catalog parts lookup
• operate computer and paper cataloging systems Answering phones
• maintain a professional friendly attitude with customers Handling cash/credit card payments Order entry
• process incoming orders accurately Organizing deliveries
• converse with drivers on customer needs for quick accurate delivery. Prepare orders
• accurately pull, box and label orders for out of town deliveries.
