Victory GMC & Victory Kia of Victoria are looking for a dependable, motivated Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, hardworking, and ready to be part of a winning dealership team. Automotive parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and wants to build a career in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Assist Service Technicians and Service Advisors with parts requests Look up and accurately identify automotive parts Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter and by phone Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts Pull and deliver parts for technicians Process parts orders, returns, and special orders Maintain accurate inventory records Keep the Parts Department clean and organized Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and order status Provide excellent customer service Work closely with the Parts Manager and Service Department Help maintain an efficient and productive Parts Department Qualifications Automotive parts or dealership experience preferred, but not required Parts counter experience is a plus Basic computer skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well as part of a team Valid driver's license Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with handling and stocking automotive parts Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Training Paid Time Off (PTO) Competitive Pay Career Advancement Opportunities Long-Term Career Opportunity Build a Career With Us This is more than just a job.
