In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and technicians needing parts and accessories. Your exceptional customer service skills and parts knowledge will help ensure smooth operations and contribute to our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts stock levels. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Provide pricing information and parts availability to customers in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely parts delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts counter and stockroom area. Support other dealership departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in parts counter or automotive parts sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills, including inventory management systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
