Job Description

Summit Helicopters Description Summit Helicopters, an employee-owned company, is a leader in the rotorcraft aviation market recognized for its innovative solutions and value-added rotorcraft work from minor alterations to full completions in Law Enforcement, EMS and Corporate packages. In addition to operating our own fleet of both rotor and fixed wing aircraft, we are also an FAA certified repair station. Summit operates a stock room which is vital to support our own aircraft and customer needs as well. Essential to Summit's mission are our employees who provide a unique set of skills, knowledge and experience that support us in providing competitive and reliable aircraft alterations and maintenance. Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to: Processing and ordering parts and keeping efficient stock order ratios. Sourcing and ordering necessary parts in support of customer and company needs. Overseeing incoming deliveries and notifying colleagues of received parts and communicating delays or difficulties. Stocking parts shelves as needed. Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation. Invoicing customers. Required skills/
Abilities:
Ability to provide accurate entry of data and ability to handle administrative tasks as assigned. Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision. Strong organization and prioritizing skills. Computer skills. Ability to multi-task. Excellent communication and people skills. Experience in invoicing and finance are a plus. Prior experience directly interfacing with customers. Prior warehouse clerical experience preferred.
