Duties Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories using product knowledge, catalogs, and inventory management systems Provide expert advice on vehicle systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and automotive diagnostics to support customer decisions Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts displays to ensure product availability and easy access Process sales transactions accurately through point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and follow-up to promote customer loyalty Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to fulfill orders promptly and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to safety standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques Excellent communication skills.
