Job Summary We are seeking a Parts & Service Coordinator to manage parts ordering, tracking, inventory, and customer service while coordinating closely with vendors, field technicians, resource coordinators, and service managers. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Procure and process warranty and quoted parts Order, track, and coordinate delivery of parts with vendors and suppliers Maintain accurate parts inventory, records, item data, and order documentation Update inventory and dispatchers to support scheduling and service operations Coordinate with Resource Coordinators when jobs are ready to be scheduled Work with Field Technicians and operations teams to ensure the correct parts are ordered Communicate with Service Managers to coordinate job priorities Resolve customer issues related to parts tracking, delivery condition, and returns Communicate with customers regarding parts and service needs Use Salesforce and Trello to track parts, jobs, and workflow Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be comfortable and effective communicating with customers over the phone Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to prioritize competing tasks and daily interruptions Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed #GRPB Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
