A background in auto/truck/trailer parts is preferred. Must have computer experience to look up and order parts; write up counter sales; communicate well with customers, vendors, technicians and service department; some parts running; other tasks as needed. Fast paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication Manage inventory levels accurately Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for sales transactions Maintain a clean, organized counter area and ensure all parts are correctly labeled and stored for quick access Collaborate with the service team to support automotive repair needs and ensure seamless parts availability. Keep up-to-date with automotive parts and industry knowledge Requirements Strong knowledge of automotive parts sales, inventory management, and retail math principles. Excellent communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with automotive systems, auto parts accessories sales, and inventory control procedures. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks Strong phone etiquette skills for engaging with customers over the phone professionally.
