Service Writer Peak Thermo King is seeking a full-time Service Writer to join our team in Spokane, Washington. The service writer will be responsible for processing work orders, data entry, and other basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers professionally and obtain repair information Write and close work orders Provide accurate written cost estimates and invoices for labor and parts Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Sales and customer service skills Strong written and communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes loud environment. Mechanical and parts knowledge and experience sufficient to work with parts in inventory.
