Key Responsibilities Assist customers in locating and purchasing small engine parts using Parts Smart software. Order and manage parts inventory with approval from the Parts Manager. Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers. Document service and repair details accurately in the work order system. Lead by example and support team members with company policies and procedures. Keep your work area clean and safe. Follow all safety policies and perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. 1-3 years of over-the-counter sales experience preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of small engines or mechanical repair is a plus +++. Strong communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently or as a team. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Paid vacation, holidays, and time off.
