Our team strives to provide an outstanding experience at every touchpoint. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing automotive parts inventory, assisting customers with parts and accessories sales, and supporting the dealership's automotive repair and maintenance services. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer interactions, and efficient parts management. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice on product features and compatibility Manage inventory levels using automotive parts management systems and ensure accurate stock control Process sales transactions efficiently through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash and credit payments responsibly Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to fulfill parts orders promptly for vehicle repairs and maintenance Maintain organized stock shelves, stock incoming shipments, and ensure proper storage of parts according to safety standards Build strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable support, addressing inquiries, and promoting additional products or services Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel to track inventory data, generate reports, and support administrative tasks Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and automotive repair processes Strong mechanical knowledge combined with automotive diagnostics skills to identify suitable parts efficiently Proficiency with inventory management software (CMMS preferred), POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and maintain accurate records Customer service-oriented mindset with effective phone etiquette and client communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Join our team as a Parts Specialist where your mechanical expertise, sales acumen, and dedication will contribute directly to delivering top-tier service. Pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 per hour
