Job Description

Key Responsibilities Review customer quotations, verify product costs using Bills of Materials, and assign contribution margins. Partner with sales coordinators and sales representatives to develop competitive pricing while maintaining profitability objectives. Monitor and review daily contribution margin reports to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze product costs, pricing data, and market activities to support business decisions. Collaborate on projects related to costing, quoting, and sales analysis. Work with manufacturing and other internal departments to identify opportunities for cost improvements. Create monthly, recurring, and ad hoc reports to support business and sales activities. Maintain pricing data and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task Experience performing basic mathematical calculations, data analysis, and reporting activities. Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis. Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus, but not required. Additional Details This position is for a full-time day shift role.
