Duties:

As an Operations Specialist, your role is to oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes within an organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow across various departments.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for problem solving and a drive for finding solutions to complex challenges We are looking for an individual with a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving This position requires an individual with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-paced environment This Operations Spec. resource will provide pricing strategy support services to the Firm Strategy organization and assist with the execution of pricing-related initiatives, projects, enhancements, and process improvement efforts. Responsibilities Provide support for the execution of pricing-related projects, enhancements, process improvement efforts, test-and-learn initiatives, market tests, and implementation of pricing solutions. Partner with branch teams and stakeholders, including Firm Analytics, WMAS, Operations, and other business groups, to gather requirements, analyze information, and support pricing initiatives. Support adherence to established risk controls, policies, and procedures by documenting actions, tracking issues, and maintaining appropriate records associated with assigned initiatives. Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations related to pricing initiatives, processes, and operational activities. Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding pricing-related initiatives, processes, and activities by researching issues, providing information, and facilitating resolution as appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of pricing-related processes, systems, and workflows. Analyze data and business requirements to support decision-making and implementation activities related to pricing strategies. Participate in project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions to support successful delivery of pricing initiatives.
