Location:

Des Peres, Missouri (Onsite M-F) Role Overview As an Operations Specialist, you will oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes. This role requires managing the operational needs of the firm in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth workflow across various departments. You will provide pricing strategy support services and assist with the execution of pricing-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Support adherence to established risk controls, policies, and procedures by documenting actions and tracking issues.

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding pricing-related processes by researching issues and facilitating resolution.

Provide support for the execution of pricing-related projects, enhancements, and process improvement efforts.

Partner with branch teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze information, and support pricing initiatives.

Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations related to pricing initiatives, processes, and operational activities.

Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of pricing-related processes and workflows.

Analyze data and business requirements to support decision-making related to pricing strategies.

Participate in project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
