Job Description
Position Overview Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for organization? We are seeking a National Accounts Pricing and Contracts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our pricing and contract management process, ensuring accuracy, mitigating risks, and supporting smooth transitions for our corporate and broker accounts. Key Responsibilities Pricing & Analysis:
Prepare accurate price quotes for broker and corporate accounts. Identify potential risks or issues associated with account pricing and proactively escalate them to the supervisor.Contract Management:
Plan, organize, and track all contract awards, cancellations, and service level changes. Ensure approved contract templates are properly executed for all customer contracts, including renewals.Renewals & Revenue Assurance:
Prepare customer renewals by verifying and updating pricing. Implement and maintain a strategic price increase program, collaborating with local branches to implement disposal increases.Data Integrity:
Assist in identifying data cleansing and correction activities to maintain database accuracy.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with customer service representatives and operations support teams to resolve unique database issues and ensure seamless transitions for our customers.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Pricing Acumen:
A solid understanding of basic pricing concepts, including inputs, outputs, and margins.Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Organization & Time Management:
Highly organized with demonstrated task-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests from various stakeholders in a fast-paced, changing environment. Attention toDetail:
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, proficient data entry skills, and experience with report generation.
