• Job Description:

• The Arrow Electronics PCBA Pricing Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).

This role plays a critical function in winning new business by balancing cost accuracy, supply chain risk, and margin targets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in EMS environments, understands high-mix/low-volume quoting dynamics, and can independently manage RFQs from receipt through final submission.

• What You'll Be Doing:

• + Prepare PCBA cost estimates for RFQs (BOM, Gerber, drawings) + Calculate material, assembly, and test costs for PCB assemblies + Analyze BOMs for pricing, alternates, and lifecycle status + Source electronic components from distributors and suppliers + Work with procurement and engineering teams for cost validation + Support pricing strategy for customer quotes and bids + Maintain RFQ tracking and pricing records in Excel/ERP systems + Identify cost reduction opportunities and alternate sourcing options •

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills:

_ + 3+ years experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, or PCBA quoting + Knowledge of PCB assembly (SMT, THT) and electronic components + Ability to read BOMs, Gerber files, and engineering drawings + Strong Excel skills for costing and data analysis + Experience with ERP systems is a plus + _This role will perform work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Viable candidates for this position must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person (which includes but is not limited to U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees)._ _

Preferred Skills:

• Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

• $87,900.00 - $90,310.00 Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
