Input vendor landed cost updates. Set up new supplier, item, and pricing profiles, ensuring proper product pack sizes, product type, and freight/handling cost allocations. Prepare, audit, and submit statutory price postings, filings, and regulatory documentation in compliance with state and local trade practice regulations. Ensure new supplier packets are completed and all documentation is accurate. Ensure company pricing schedules adhere to statutory anti-discrimination, fair trade, and mandated price-change lead-time laws. Serve as the finance department's point of contact for pricing-related compliance audits and statutory reporting requirements. Confirm non-standard pricing requests are authorized. Coordinate promotional pricing schedules, temporary price reductions (TPRs), and volume discount programs in the system with defined start/end dates. Monitor promotional pricing structures to ensure they meet statutory filing windows and legal trade promotion standards.
