Overview Wellness Consultants are primarily responsible for educating patients about the effects, benefits, and overall experience of our cannabis products and recommending products that best suit each patient's needs.

Essential job functions include:

• Making recommendations to patients based on their medical condition(s), budget, lifestyle, and/or desired experience.
• Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all the products we offer including different flower strains, vaporizer cartridges, edibles, tinctures, topicals, and concentrates.
• Staying abreast of new products, strains, changes in laws, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of service to patients
• Advising patients on proper safety measures to follow when consuming medical cannabis
• Facilitating sales of cannabis products using point of sale software
• Weighing and packaging cannabis flower according to our Packaging Procedure
• Frequently move about the store to address customers and access product
• Frequently move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the store for various needs
• Assisting with any other dispensary operations as needed Starts at $13 per hour plus tips
• Must be 21 years of age in accordance with state laws
