• 25/hour + Mileage Reimbursement Phoenix Metro Area | Primarily Thursday-Sunday The Pose Garden is a growing photo booth and interactive event experience company serving weddings, corporate events, quinceañeras, milestone celebrations, and other special events throughout the Phoenix metro area.

We're looking for 1-2 dependable, outgoing Event Attendants to join our team. This is a hands-on event position for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things correctly, and can stay calm and resourceful when things don't go exactly according to plan. Photo booth or photography experience is not required. We can teach you our equipment and systems. Reliability, personality, good judgment, and attention to detail are much harder to teach—and those are what matter most to us. What You'll Do Our Event Attendants are involved in the entire event process. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include: Picking up photo booth equipment and event supplies from our warehouse before an event Safely transporting equipment to and from venues Loading, unloading, setting up, and breaking down photo booth equipment, backdrops, lighting, printers, props, and accessories Following detailed setup instructions and ensuring everything is event-ready before guests arrive Assisting a Lead Attendant during events while learning our equipment and processes Greeting guests and creating a fun, welcoming photo booth experience Helping guests use the booth and keeping the photo booth area organized and presentable Monitoring equipment, printers, supplies, and guest flow throughout the event Troubleshooting basic technical or operational issues as they arise Communicating professionally with clients, venue staff, vendors, and other team members Carefully packing equipment and returning it to our warehouse after the event Our goal is to train the right team members to eventually lead events independently, including managing setup, operating the event, making on-site decisions, troubleshooting, and overseeing breakdown. Schedule & Availability This is a part-time, event-based position, so hours will vary from week to week. Most of our events take place Thursday through Sunday, with the majority occurring between approximately 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Shifts may begin earlier for equipment pickup and setup or end later due to breakdown, travel, and equipment return. Applicants should have strong weekend availability, particularly Friday and Saturday evenings. This position is best suited for someone whose schedule allows them to reliably commit to weekend event work. What We're Looking For The right person for our team is: Extremely reliable and punctual Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests Able to maintain a positive, professional presence at weddings and upscale events Calm under pressure A strong problem solver who can think on their feet Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully Comfortable learning technology and troubleshooting basic equipment issues Able to work independently once trained A good communicator Willing to take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Respectful of expensive equipment and careful when transporting, setting up, and packing it Photo booth, photography, event, hospitality, wedding, AV, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required. Physical & Transportation Requirements Because this is a hands-on event position, applicants must be comfortable with loading, unloading, carrying, setting up, and breaking down event equipment.

A valid driver's license Reliable transportation A vehicle capable of transporting assigned photo booth equipment and event supplies The ability to safely lift and move event equipment The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods during events Reliable access to a smartphone for scheduling and team communication Compensation $22

• 25 per hour, depending on experience and level of responsibility, plus mileage reimbursement for qualifying event travel.

There is an opportunity to grow from an Assistant Event Attendant into a Lead Event Attendant as you become comfortable with our equipment, procedures, troubleshooting, and client experience standards.
