Shugarman's Bath is looking for a Promoter / Brand Ambassador to represent us inside Sam's Club.

Your job is simple:

start conversations with shoppers, create interest in bathroom remodeling, and schedule FREE in-home consultations with our Design Consultants. You are not expected to sell a bathroom or close a remodeling project. Your job is to get people interested enough to take the next step. And when your appointment results in an in-home consultation, you earn an additional $100. What's in it for you? $20/hour $100 bonus for every appointment that results in an in-home consultation. The better you get at starting conversations and booking appointments, the more you can earn. Many of our team members earn $30-$40/hour with bonuses Part-time schedule — approximately 30 hours/week 401(k) after 90 days Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA/FSA and more (company pays 50% of the MEDICAL base plan premium) Paid bi-monthly What does a typical shift look like? You'll be on your feet and interacting with shoppers throughout your shift.

You'll:

Approach shoppers and start conversations Ask questions and see if they're interested in remodeling Tell them a little about Shugarman's Bath Answer basic questions Schedule appointments for our Design Consultants (MAIN GOAL) Keep the booth looking clean and welcoming This is NOT a sit-behind-the-table-and-wait-for-people-to-come-to-you job. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and comfortable talking to strangers Confident and energetic Highly Motivated by goals and making more money Reliable and shows up when they say they will Comfortable using a phone to schedule appointments Comfortable being on your feet for several hours Previous Experience in retail sales, inside sales, outside sales, lead generation, appointment setting, hospitality sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role is a strong fit. Reliable transportation is required for this position The Schedule Approximately 30 hours per week across five shifts. Schedules may vary based on business needs.

Monday-Saturday:

12 PM-6

PM Sunday:

10 AM-4 PM Weekend availability is required We have two locations: Fullerton and Chino. You can choose the location that's most convenient for you! Who are we?
