If you love meeting new people and your personality fills a room, keep reading. We're looking for energetic Brand Ambassadors to join our weekend team and represent our company inside Costco warehouses throughout Northern California. Your job is simple. Start conversations, educate homeowners about our products, and gather information from interested homeowners for our office to schedule a free in-home consultation. You are not responsible for selling products or scheduling appointments while in the warehouse. This is not a desk job. This is not a job where you stand around waiting for customers. If you're shy, quiet, uncomfortable approaching people, or prefer working behind the scenes, this position will not be a good fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Start conversations with Costco members. Create a fun, welcoming experience. Engage homeowners and introduce them to our window and door services. Gather information from qualified homeowners for our office to schedule a free in-home consultation. Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Occasionally have opportunities to work Costco Roadshows and seasonal Home Shows.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

Our Brand Ambassadors work throughout several Costco locations, including: Concord Richmond Danville Livermore Pleasanton Hayward San Leandro Reliable transportation is required, as team members may work at different warehouse locations based on staffing needs.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

This position is specifically for our weekend team.

You must be consistently available:

Saturday:

10:00 AM to 3:00

PM Sunday:

10:00 AM to 3:00 PM That's 10 scheduled hours each weekend, with opportunities to pick up additional available shifts. Occasionally, team members may work Costco Roadshows or Home Shows, where shift times vary based on the event schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable transportation is required. Consistent Saturday and Sunday availability. Strong communication skills. Professional appearance. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to travel to multiple warehouse locations as needed.

COMPENSATION & PERKS

$20.00 per hour. $100 bonus for every qualified appointment submitted. 1% commission on every closed sale generated from your appointments. Paid training. Opportunities to pick up additional available shifts. Advancement opportunities as they become available.
