Business Location:
Ontario, California Golden Hour Visuals Photo Booth LLC is seeking a reliable, friendly, and experienced Photo Booth Operator for upcoming events. This is an on-call seasonal position, with most events taking place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Applicants must be comfortable traveling from our Ontario location to events throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, Palm Springs, and San Diego.
Responsibilities:
Pick up photo booth equipment from Ontario before each event Transport the equipment safely to and from the event location Set up and break down the photo booth correctly Operate the booth and assist guests throughout the event Use and navigate LumaBooth software Monitor the printer, replace paper and ink when necessary, and troubleshoot minor technical issues Serve as a photo booth attendant when needed Keep the booth, printer, props, and surrounding area clean and organized Load, unload, carry, and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Return all equipment to Ontario immediately after the event on the same day Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and the Golden Hour Visuals team
Requirements:
Experience using LumaBooth software is required Must be comfortable lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Must have a reliable personal vehicle with enough space to transport photo booth equipment Must have a valid driver's license and active auto insurance Must be willing to travel throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, Palm Springs, and San Diego Must be available for evening and weekend events, including late-night equipment returns Must have a reliable phone with GPS and maintain consistent communication Must be punctual, professional, organized, and comfortable interacting with guests Must be able to work independently after training Event, photography, photo booth, or customer-service experience is preferred Shifts may include equipment pickup, travel, setup, event operation, breakdown, and same-day equipment return. Hours depend on event bookings and are not guaranteed. Applicable business mileage, parking, and toll reimbursement will be discussed during hiring.
